1. In-App Purchases
- All payments for premium features, subscriptions, or virtual items (e.g., roses) are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- We do not process payments directly and cannot override the app stores’ rules.
2. General Refund Policy
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or by the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- We do not provide refunds for:
- Partially used subscription periods.
- Virtual items that have already been delivered (e.g., roses sent to another user).
- User dissatisfaction with matches, interactions, or personal preferences.
3. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions (such as premium memberships) automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s account settings:
- Apple Users: Manage Subscriptions
- Google Play Users: Manage Subscriptions
- If you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Requesting a Refund
- If you believe you are eligible for a refund (e.g., accidental purchase, technical issue), you must submit a request through the relevant app store:
- Apple App Store: Request a Refund
- Google Play Store: Request a Refund
- Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Apple and Google.
5. Exceptions
We may, at our discretion, provide refunds in rare cases such as:
- A technical error prevented you from accessing purchased features.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized charges.
