Data Deletion

If you want to delete your data related to our app (Toua), you can do so by following the steps below:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

You can request account deletion directly from within the app by going to: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile and all related data from our servers.

Option 2: Manual Request

If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion by sending an email to: support@toua.app with the subject line “Delete My Account”. Please include your registered email or user ID so we can identify and delete your data.

Automatic Deletion

Once we receive your request, all your personal data (profile, chats, saved preferences, etc.) will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 days.
